Hakuchō - Japanese for "swan" 🦢 @hakuchofl was founded by @ryanlemuelneal and @clegsta with the vision of bringing an immersive, Japanese Izakaya-inspired experience to Lakeland, FL (our hometown). Bringing the brand to life over the past two years has been such a special journey. From the first sketches to the final details, every part of the process has been a true collaboration, full of thoughtful conversations, creative sparks, and so much intention. Watching the brand emerge from the digital world to a physical space truly highlights what we can achieve with careful planning and a common goal to guide each step. Endless thanks to everyone who’s been part of this process. Here’s to thoughtful design, gentle momentum, and good people ✨ Owners - @ryanlemuelneal & @clegsta Branding - @emilyjanedavis & @_jprooney_ Photography - @jennanealphotos Marketing - @abdielgonzalez Copywriting - @methemessinger & @samrappiam Interior Design - @clegsta & @carolinechawkins Uniforms - @finery.la Design partners - @lightabox @palet.company @lawson.design @bloom.shakalaka @tessa.etcetera

At last... It’s time we officially announce our fresh new look! We are obsessed with this new branding, and we hope you will be too. 😊 Since our opening 4.5 years ago we’ve strived to improve/grow as individuals and as a business. Our focus has been to create a better experience for our customers and team. We felt it was time to let Sabu have a me-day. We have to give a huge shoutout to our amazing designer @emilyjanedavis who is just so insanely talented... Also to @_jprooney_ who made some amazing illustrations as well as this graphic video as well as the others. There are many others that we want to thank/shout out for their contributions, but we’re going to do that tomorrow when we fully reveal our new finished remodel @thejoinerylkld. Come tonight to see @muchoboba making some yummy boba specialties.
