They say “you’re the average of the 5️⃣ people you spend the most time with.” Genuine happiness ✨ feels good and I owe a lot of it to the community of like-minded women I’ve chosen to surround myself with. Women who are working on themselves while supporting others Women who are trying to be healthier, stronger and better everyday Women who have big ass goals, but they consistently put in the effort to achieve them Women who are lifting up those around them instead of trying to make them smaller This community is something I DID NOT think I needed and yet it’s had a tremendous impact on my life in the past 8 months. I don’t know how to describe this feeling or express how thankful I am, but I do know taking the leap and joining these women is hands down one of the best decisions I’ve made. My only regret: I shouldn’t have sat on the sidelines so long 🤦🏼‍♀️
