Hey there! I wanted to connect on behalf of @gnarcyofficial . We've got some awesome jewelry lined up, and I reckon you'd be the ideal candidate to rock our latest collection of tough accessories!

If you're interested, we'd love to hook you up with a trio of pieces on the house! Yup, you read that right – absolutely FREE!

Just shoot a DM over to our main account @gnarcyofficial (if you dont see a DM button, just reply to any of their stories), and our guy Shawn will sort you out pronto! But hey, don't sleep on it – spots are filling up fast, and we'd hate for you to miss out on the action! Cheers, mate! 🤙

Welp. It's finally over. For those of you who've been asking me "Where's the showcase?" Well, It's right here. This was the largest and most complex video undertaking of my life. The concept was hard, and the edit was even worse. For the last 4+ months I've been desperately trying to export a FINISHED project to no success. That's right, the project was edited LONG ago. I almost gave up hope that this project was ever going to be finished, but somehow I persevered. So, here's the 2023 Shakespeare Showcase in it's entirety. I'll leave it up to you whether it was worth it or not.

I’d say I’ll miss these wonderful people but I’ll still find ways to see them again. We’d go to Dutch Bros in the freezing cold, we managed to stick through our runs even with costumes pieces flying off during dances, and I did my lil Fezziwig choreography at the start of the song every time without fail(special thanks to Chaila). Thank you to all crew and stage management. We couldn’t have done it without y’all either. Goodbye to the Bankers, to Mr. Fezziwig, and to Carol. Still can’t believe the song with the most dancing had the lyrics: “Rat tat tat”

Directed by: James Newman
Costumes, Wigs & Makeup: Coleen Scott-Trivette
Lighting: John Di Giorgio
Scenic: Austin Mueck
Choreography: Tamara Grosse

Here comes my sappy post, this is your warning:

I got the opportunity to design my first ever show this semester, Stand and Deliver. Stand and Deliver is more than a movie/show to me, it holds a very personal place in my heart. I got the opportunity to show the community what it was like to be brown, proud, and have a Spanish surname. To also show that with a little bit of faith and GANAS, anything can be possible. I got to represent my community/ culture in the best way i could. I come from an immigrant mother who worked her ass off day and night to give her kids the best life they could have and that’s why i started with research pictures i got from my mom who lived in Long Beach in the 80’s. I did this show with having my siblings and mother in mind because they are my biggest supporters. I put my heart and soul into this show. Thank you to Coleen who assisted me through this journey and Ariel who was basically my therapist lol. I also want to say thank you to all the actors for bringing my design to life and willing to do anything they could to do so. I want to thank the crew for all their hard work during the run of the show. I love each and every one of you. You are my little familia,my Stand and Deliver familia 🫶🏽🥹.
