The first M3 Surrey Edition is a wrap….and what a weekend 🎾🌟

We teamed up with @m3padelacademy to put on a world class training weekend in the Surrey countryside. On court amazing @_davidrequena transformed people’s padel game in just a weekend - and off court we recharged & recovered at @frimleyhallofficial , sharing dinner together ✨

Thank you to @padel.nutrition for keeping us hydrated in the heat 🙏

Missed out? Join us at the M3 Mallorca Experience in September (link in bio) and look out for new dates for Surrey 👀

2025 Golfing Recap ⛳️

1️⃣ The opener
A year I honestly didn’t see coming and one I’ll never forget.

2️⃣ 88 rounds played
Across 65 different courses.
Not quite the 100-round target, but more golf than I’ve ever played in a single year by a mile. Maybe I will do more next year 😅

3️⃣ 3 countries ticked off
UK 🇬🇧 | Portugal 🇵🇹 | Greece 🇬🇷
Already eyeing up a few more passport stamps in 2026.
Where you reckon I should go and visit?

4️⃣ 104 birdies 🐦
That’s 104 birdie dances and something I genuinely didn’t think would happen. At least it’s given me some new dance moves 🕺

5️⃣ 4 eagles 🦅
Rare. Loud celebrations. Definitely aiming for more next year.

6️⃣ Lowest round of my life
A day at @westerhamgolfclub that will live long in the memory and the only time I’ve ever gone under par.

7️⃣ Beating my old best
Four more rounds in 2025 that bettered my previous best-ever score of +4 from a few years back. @woldingham_golf_club @stokebynaylandgolfclub @ingrebournelinks

8️⃣ Handicap journey
January 2025: 12
Now: 4.5
A 7.5-shot cut I honestly didn’t think was possible.
Might share how I did it soon 👀 thanks @vpargolf for helping me keep score in 2025 👊🏻

9️⃣ What it’s really about
Playing with people I love, meeting new faces, and sharing the journey with you lot.
Here’s to more rounds together in 2026 with familiar faces, new ones, and plenty more golf.

Thanks to everyone who’s been part of the journey ❤️
Onwards. ⛳️

Special edition golf course review 🎥 — @londonairlinks West London, for the Creators Cup! 🏆

70 creators took part, the day was brilliantly organised by the team at London Airlinks 🙌. Plenty of laughs, plenty of content, and a 78 for me… though no trophy or raffle win this time 😅.

This place is a pay-and-play with membership options, decent value deals, and loads of potential as it matures. Definitely one I’ll be back to!

👉 Have you played London Airlinks yet, and where should I head for my next review? Drop your thoughts in the comments ⬇️

A year of @sophgolfs 🥹

What started as a drunken rant that I knew no girls to play golf with, this insta page has literally transformed my life. Sounds extreme but I’ve met friends for life and spent the past year doing what I love, visiting new places, all whilst meeting great people along the way 🩷

So grateful for the memories and opportunities and can’t wait for all that’s to come!!

Also, a huge thankyou and shoutout to the brands that have helped me up to now, I wouldn’t be equipped to improve on my journey if it weren’t for your support 🙌🏻

P.s does this mean I’m now just a bad golfer instead of a beginner?!
