Oh, they know. They know know.

This song got me through the prep. Maybe I will share what are the music and songs I played OVER AND OVER AND OOVERRR that gave me one more rep. 🤣🤣

One of the most important for me during prep is to listen to lyrics. Lyrics that I can relate and pull some energy from. IDK.

What about you? What music u listened to when u are going through some hard challenging times? Lemme knooowwwww.

The best is yet to come. 🖤

My Posing Routine @asiagrandprix Philippines Pro Qualifier 🇵🇭

3 weeks post show condition.

I took a very long break from posing after the competition because Fit Model posing hurts A LOT! 🤣🤣

I think I only started practicing posing again last Saturday, and I still feel like I have so much to improve in this area. 🙏

Intentionally and actively working on my routine! ✨

My favorite part of bodybuilding is Show Day. But before that day comes, we have to work for a few years — and then some — to earn the honor of stepping on stage and showcasing what we've been working so hard for.

For now, I'm just enjoying the process, taking more measures for improvement, and taking action. Still trusting the process and perfect timing, until we get to step on the big stage again. 🥹💖🇵🇭

Redirecting my focus on my personal life — going back to the things I had to put on pause, spending more time with my family and friends, and still being creative and true to who I am and what I am called to do. 🌞☺️ @mabooty.co

Extra inspired today after watching @mrolympiallc! ⭕🥹❤️

So happy to see the first-ever Olympia Fit Model winner! They really stayed true to the Fit Model criteria. 💖🏆
