"My story goes all the way back to 5th grade. It was January 12, 2007 and Stomp The Yard was out in theaters. I remember sitting in the movie theaters feeling so inspired to go to College for the first time. While I was watching the movie I kept telling myself "I have to go to that College." So, when I found out that Stomp The Yard was filmed on the campus of Clark Atlanta University, immediately I researched the school. I found out Clark Atlanta University was a HBCU and I just knew I had to be here. So, when I get the question why did you chose a HBCU? Simply because I was inspired by Stomp The Yard." #ClarkAtlantaUniversity #CAU #AUC #HBCU #WhyHBCU #IChooseHBCU #HBCUconnect #Morehouse #Hampton #Howard #MorganState
