We have the best job in the world 🎀 Hair stylists and estheticians 🤝 beautifying the Waterville area side by side. Building a clientele is the foundation of our career and can take years to build. One client at a time. One lesson at a time. One day at a time. At the end of a really long day, we can sit in our car in silence to decompress and feel so thankful and blessed to be so tired from the busy day we created for ourselves 💕🥹 Honored to be a home for our professionals to grow and thrive 💙 📍Waterville, Ohio www.thecollectivesalonohio.com Links in bio 🔗 🍁Fall is just around the corner, make sure you are booked out before the holiday busy season kicks off 🎄 #ohiosalon #boothrentalsalon #toledohairstylist #toledoesthetician #pinkcollarjob

Our esti line up 💁🏻‍♀️✨ A shared esthetics space isn’t the norm and we like that The benefits? ✨Ping pong ideas with one another ✨Watching others do really good work is motivating ✨Looking forward to coming to work prevents burn out ✨Forming bonds and relationships with other estheticians ✨The ability to float clients to a co-workers when your sick ✨Borrowing supplies when your shipment is late ✨Grabbing lunch together if the breaks line up These are a few of our favorite things and overall, feeling apart of a team while having the freedom to be your independent self, is a breath of fresh air 🧘🏻‍♀️ Much like the hair industry, we wanted that community and supportive environment while working along side other professionals like ourselves. The encouragement, the inspiration, and the friendships that are built are priceless. Don’t worry, we have a private space for those intimate services! 😘 Links in bio! 🔗 📍Waterville, Ohio #toledosalon #toledoesthetician #toledolashes #toledobrows #toledofacial

Aren’t we the lucky ones? 🍀 The girls that make the salon thrive🏃‍♀️ They say your team is a reflection of you, if that’s the case, we couldn’t be more proud! The culture we have built at The Collective would not be possible without each one of these beauty professionals✨ Forever grateful for our dream team 🩵 📍 @suite100toledo 📸 @_edenphoto #toledosalon #salonteam #toledohairstylist #toledoesthetician #boothrentalsalon

The Collective’s First Holiday Party 🎄 (yes we know it’s Feb 🤣) we needed a date where it worked with everyone’s schedule and out of our busiest season 🥰 @dannyscaferossford hosted us in their new rental space and it was perfect! 👌🏼 🧑🏻‍🎄We did a Secret Santa gift exchange and of course had to gift our 1st Christmas ornaments! 🎁 so cute 🥹 After a year of hard work, we deserve to dress up and have some fun! 🥳 ALSO….we had a few big announcements to share 👀 Any guesses!? 👇🏻 #toledosalon #toledohairstylist #toledoesthetician #boothrentalsalon #salonholidayparty
