Killer arm day with my brother Josue. Only 15 years old and already getting after it. I wish I had that kind of drive at his age. The next generation is different disciplined, creative, and hungry. Heā€™s already becoming a social media mastermind in the making. Proud to see young men like this leading the way. šŸ’ŖšŸ”„ @qnawithjay @_jxuee.7

Introducing my Mentee @_jxuee.7 . An up and coming content creator with his personal brand @qnawithjay . I couldnā€™t be more proud of this kid. I mentor other kids, and of course you love them all the same, just differently. But I couldnā€™t be more proud of this kid. Heā€™s so receptive and soaks up all the advice that I give him. And thatā€™s all you can hope for. Funny story is, I never formally agreed to mentor him šŸ˜‚He just made it happen. It happened naturally. We met one day, then talked again on the internet, bumped into each other in real life, then he got my number. And before you know it, we were in daily communication, talking about his goals and his plans. I had no choice to respect the hustle and take him under my wing. I took a strong liking to this young man. And before I could even blink, he was putting everything that I told him into motion, having meetings with my cameraman and producing real results. The sky is the absolute limit for this kid. When youā€™re this young, beginning the journey of chasing your dreams, putting in the work, having that vision, and actually executing itā€”the chances that you succeed exponentially increase. Almost to the point of sure success. I believe that. Itā€™s the definition of what I created with the Pushing Purpose youth program. Thatā€™s why I created itā€”so kids can begin chasing their dreams RIGHT NOW. And heā€™s doing just that. šŸ’Æ Right now, he is conducting a project called the 4 for 4ā€”interviewing business owners in Alaska, showcasing their businesses, their products, and their services. And itā€™s going really well. Heā€™s getting more views than me!!! šŸ˜‚ If any business would like to collab with my Mentee @qnawithjay , feel free to reach out to him. Heā€™s ready to work, and heā€™s ready right now. Proud of you lil bro.
