My first season as a pro left me HUNGRY. EXCITED. Two stacked pro shows, sharing the stage with Olympians and former Miss Olympias, and in general amazing competitors. Holding my own and PLACING, at both shows! That’s pretty hard to do in a rookie season and I’m PROUD of that. 😼

✨ highly recommend doing things you once dreamed about ✨

Never lose sight of how far your NORMAL has become!

Years ago I was just hoping to earn my IFBB professional status. Wishing that I could just pop out a LITTLE bit better than other competitors will show. Wishing my tie ins were popping that day (lol they weren’t big enough yet for that) or I could nail my presentation on stage. These days I am focused on being my BEST self. Not hoping to show up a little better than other competitors. Putting in the work to make sure I am on my sh!t 100%. I want to blow my last look out of the water. Like jaw dropping how did they do that in that time period???

She’s done it every year with @der_bear_
Every step along the way Derik has helped me improve each year with my safety in mind. 🌟
Let’s build for 2027!

Pittsburgh Recap: new friends, fiancé, family, and food 🙂‍↕️

Closing out my first bodybuilding season on a nationals stage and placing 4th was such an amazing experience. I’m so grateful for everyone who supported me through the highs, the lows, the long days, & all the meals weighed down to the gram.

The support I have from Conner, my family, my friends, and my amazing coach @_jtphysique , means more than I could ever put into a caption. Getting to experience this journey surrounded by so much love made it that much more special.🤍

And getting to prep alongside Conner made this season even better. There’s something special about having someone who understands the early mornings, the cardio, the meal prep, the exhaustion, & the crazy little bodybuilding world right alongside you. I’m so proud of him this season🫶🏼

I can’t wait for this growing season, getting stronger, enjoying some food (& maybe a beer or two), and getting back on stage.

Hot take: couples that bodybuild together, stay together 😉😘 @connerbost6

Pre-judging is a wrap for North Americans🇺🇸

First-call outs today is truly a win for me! A huge class of 23+girls I placed in the top 8 today! Very happy with this season and the package we put on stage this year!

To keep it short and sweet for now, I couldn’t do this without the most supportive boyfriend @reap3r75 being by my side, my coach, my team / teammates for the guidance, support, and encouragement always it doesn’t go unnoticed ever. I’m just so grateful and blessed. 🙏🏽 More show pictures soon✨
