ICU Worlds #6 in the books!

What a ride. There were lots of ups and downs, but I enjoyed the experience nevertheless. Similar to the last two years, the outcome wasn't what we were hoping for, but it's all about the journey that leads to the destination. I felt I lost sight of that for a bit and was hyper focused on a favorable placement, but I realized toward the end of the trip that wasn't the point.

Being able to represent my home country for the 6th time is something that I will never not be grateful for. As a US National Team, we obviously want to strive for gold, but at the end of the day all we can do is put our best selves on the mat, whether our best is our 100% or 75%. We were challenged a lot this season, but we kept climbing higher and higher. Unfortunately, those obstacles came to be a little too much at the end, but we're coming out of this ICU Worlds stronger than ever before.

The pride we all share for each other and the sense of comaraderie felt throughout the season will be what we take home with us, and no medal or trophy will ever surpass that. I want to give a special appreciation for those that made this trip as memorable as it was, I couldn't ask for better teammates and friends. Congrats to all the medalists in the Adaptive Abilities divisions, I am excited to see these divisions grow more and more over the coming years.

We have yet to reach the top of our mountain and the end of our climb, so I'm not stopping now. Jayden Pierce, signing out for year #6 🔴⚪️🔵🦅

Thank you ParaCheer and @usa_cheer for giving me the opportunity to represent USA at ICU Worlds! I have been so blessed to be given this opportunity to gain 18 new family members that have brought me so much joy among the hardship.
To the athletes and coaches, thank you for welcoming me with open arms and teaching me so much about myself and the sport. I am so grateful for you all 🤟🏻
It was never about the medal, it’s about the climb and I don’t think our climb is quite finished yet… paws up, wings out❤️🤍💙
