OUR BLACK IS BEAUTIFUL! 🙌🩵❤️🤍

Two hearts. One union. One purpose. One AMAZING GOD! 🙌🏾

Our love is a testimony of God’s faithfulness, His perfect timing, and His divine purpose. Together, we stand in love, walk by faith, and give ALL glory to the One who brought us together!

This is more than a marriage; it’s a God-ordained union, and our greatest assignment is to glorify HIM! ❤️

What a blessing it was to experience Elevate Night at Jacksonville State University! 🙌🏽✨

Elevate Ministries is doing an incredible work on campus by creating a space where students can come together for worship, the Word of God, fellowship, encouragement, and community.

The music and worship were uplifting, and Brother CJ delivered a powerful and impactful Word that truly spoke to the spirit. We thank God for young adults who are committed to sharing the Gospel and creating opportunities for other students to grow in their faith. 🙏🏽

Rev. Morehead and Lady Morehead were grateful for the opportunity to be in attendance and witness what God is doing through this ministry.

📚 JSU Students: Be sure to connect with @_elevateministries every Tuesday for fellowship, worship, the Word of God, and transportation opportunities.

Continue to support ministries that are reaching this generation and helping students stay connected to Christ! 💙🔥

This past Sunday, we had the honor of welcoming members of the JSU NPHC and Divine 9 to Saint Paul C.M.E. Church! ❤️🙌

As a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., we as the Morehead’s understand the importance of supporting, encouraging, and creating a welcoming space for our hardworking D9 family.

Service was truly amazing! We sincerely appreciate every student who joined us, participated in worship, and allowed us to fellowship with them as they began a new week.

We pray that each of you has an amazing, productive, and blessed week! 🥰❤️🙌

Rev. Jones, we are so proud of you and excited for all that God has in store for your ministry. We pray God continues to bless, strengthen, and guide you as you walk in your calling!

With love and support,

3 YEARS OF SHOWING UP & SERVING TOGETHER! 🗳️💙

The Morehead Ministries would like to give a very special THANK YOU to Democracy Trailblazers for joining us for the THIRD YEAR at our Back-to-School event! 🙌🥰❤️

Year after year, they continue to show up and help us meet people right where they are. This year, their team traveled from Birmingham to Jacksonville to help community members register to vote, check their voter registration status, update their addresses, and become more informed about the voting process.

What made it even more meaningful was seeing them engage with both parents AND our youth, educating the next generation about the importance of voting, civic engagement, and understanding the power of their voice. 🗳️

For three years, Democracy Trailblazers has supported this vision, and we do not take their continued partnership for granted. We appreciate you more than you know!

Thank you for believing in community, education, access, and SERVICE!

💈💙The Morehead Ministries would like to give a HUGE thank you to every barber and braider who helped make our 3rd Annual Back-to-School Community Kickoff a success!

Some traveled from Birmingham to Jacksonville (@rahrahdastylist2), others were already right here in the Jacksonville community, and even our JSU NPHC family stepped in to help! Everyone came together with one goal: SERVE THE KIDS! ❤️

And listen… the need was so great that I even had to come out of retirement and do a head of hair myself (Me, Kalyn) lolll! 😂🙌🏾 When it’s time to serve, everybody has to put their gifts to work!

Seeing the kids excited about their fresh cuts and new styles, and seeing the smiles on the parents’ faces; made it all worth it.

To every barber and braider who donated your time, talent, wisdom, and service: THANK YOU! You helped us remind our children that they matter and their community supports them.

Called to Serve. Committed to Serving.
