February has become a weird month for me. It’s usually the heaviest month of the year because my life tends to change the most during that time. It’s kinda crazy how consistent that’s been over the past few years.

I know that winter ending is a signal that the time for rest and reflection is also ending, and that’s exciting. But this period of R&R pushed me into more shadow work I didn’t know I needed to do.

All this to say, I learned a lot. And I’m still learning the significance of those lessons. But I’m really excited for what this year holds. My dad told me that you can always learn something from every situation and every person. And I’ve been humbled quite a bit in embracing all I had to learn this past month. Despite the chaos, I’m thankful.
