Recap of the Flex & Zo Show at Ebony Fit Weekend! 🔥

Y’all already know when me & Flex are live, it’s TIME We’re all jokes over here and have officially vowed to NEVER be serious!

We basically hit ALL the afternoon classes, starting around 12 PM and didn’t wrap up until 5 PM. Talk about an AMAZING experience! 🙌🏾🔥

Now I’ll be telling a whole lie if I said I wasn’t completely DRAINED by the end of it. But the networking, connections, energy, and overall experience? UNMATCHED.

This weekend was definitely needed, and I’m so grateful for the memories and the people we connected with.

Already looking forward to EFW ATL!

@ebonyfitweekend Charlotte was one for the books 😂🔥

Day 1 at the field day party felt like we got dropped back in high school all over again… water balloon fights, tug of war, wheelbarrow races, dancing, talking trash, and just pure fun. No egos, no weird energy just good people, fit people, beautiful women, creators networking, and everybody vibing. That type of freedom hard to find these days. @calcorleone @t.hoowww @reerhonee @justin.graham5 @1bigten.fit S/o you guys 🫡🫡

Then we hit Medusa’s, Stacks, RSVP… city was active.

Day 2, the Auntie Invitational was different 🏋🏾‍♀️🥇🔥
Shoutout to @deangelo1012_ for putting together something crazy. Man listen… seeing all them beautiful fit women sprinting, deadlifting, benching, doing pull-ups, running miles… I ain’t gone lie, for a second I understood why folks be talking about heaven 😭 rivers of milk, honey, and about 1,000 bad ones. I was like “Lord… I see the vision” 😂 But nah, all jokes aside it was bigger than that. It was dope seeing women show strength, discipline, and still have fun. Beauty and power in the same room.

Then we went out to as a family @calisthenicsonsundaysrva to @euphoriavi.clt Ya boy is officially 7 months sober. Didn’t take one drink.I was the designated bartender 🍹😂 making sure my people had fun while I stayed locked in. That’s balance. They respect my journey, I respect theirs. Ain’t nobody pressured nobody we just lived, laughed, and made it home safe.

That’s what it’s about. Growing together. Moving together. Going together, leaving together. Family.

Charlotte, we’ll be back July 4th but @deangelo1012_ we already waiting for the next one 🦾🦾
