Crazy to think this is almost a year ago. Throwback to our honeymoon in Queenstown last year ❤️ due to travel restrictions we were restricted as to where we could go but I’m so glad we chose to go here. So many good times and much good food 🤣 can’t wait until we can finally go back 🙏

10 years of;
highs,
lows,
success,
failure,

mistakes,
self doubt,
self confidence,
doubt and negative persuasion from others,
support and encouragement from others,
consistency, dedication and most importantly, GRIND.

10 years of working my ass off doing what I truly love to finally have everything coming together the way I always invisioned.

Since 23 years old it was a huge goal to have my first super car by 30. I made it with 7 months to spare. This isn’t just about the car, it’s about achieving the GOAL. I set them and I make them happen.

1 goal left to tick off for 2021 and it WILL happen.

THE GROOMSMEN!
Proposal Story 💍

After 5 years and many great memories it was finally time for our next step in the journey. Over the years we have been all over the world together, visiting beautiful locations like Greece and Croatia, memorable places like Las Vegas and special cities such as Liverpool. However, with 2020 being the way it was and with me not wanting to wait, our trip to Gisborne was the chosen destination to ask the big question. The proposal didn’t exactly go as originally planned. What was meant to be the best, fanciest restaurant in Gisborne ended up being a surf club. We had dinner and I spent the entire 90 minutes trying to construct a new plan in my head. Originally I had planned to get staff to follow us out and record it so we had something to look back on, so we got in the car and just before leaving I got out, opened the boot, set my camera up, called her around and got down on one knee. She was a little confused but eventually said yes and it will most definitely be a night that neither of us will ever forget.

Bodybuilding preps get so hard at times and energy so low that it’s easy to get so caught up in the process that we forget they don’t only effect us but they also effect those around us. I am lucky that I have a fiancé who may not like all parts of my chosen sport but she accepts them and supports me because she knows what it means to me and my competitive nature.
