I come from the generation that used to wake up, turn on MTV, and watch music videos while getting ready in the morning.

I honestly think that has a lot to do with why I make so many videos with music now.

Most of mine are really just pieces of my life. Random pictures. Little videos. Trips. Friends. Nature. Concerts. Dumb shit. Good moments. Stuff I probably would forget if I didn’t record it.

I take a lot of pictures and videos, and I actually like going back and watching them. Putting music behind them just makes the memories hit different.

We don’t really have disposable cameras anymore, but that doesn’t mean every picture has to be perfect or have some purpose.

Take the random picture.
Take the blurry one.
Record the stupid moment.
Take pictures of things just because they look cool.

There should still be some whimsy in it.

So yeah, some people wake up and work out.

I wake up, put on some music, and make little music videos about my life.

Been doing some version of that since MTV was part of the morning routine. 😂🎶

Words can’t even describe how much Lost lands has meant to me over the past 5 years. This community is so special and I’ve met some of the most incredible people here. I am so thankful for my rave fam for making this one of the best experiences of my life. I can’t wait to be back next year with you all 🦖💚

Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about what it actually means to keep going.

Not the motivational-poster version of it.

The real version.

The version where things keep getting harder, the limits keep moving, and some days you genuinely wonder whether you have enough discipline, creativity, energy, or belief left to keep pushing.

This has probably been one of the most difficult stretches of my life academically, personally, financially, and mentally.

I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

But sometimes I still get consumed by the darkness between here and there.

Sometimes it’s hard to stay motivated.

Sometimes it’s hard to stay disciplined.

Sometimes it’s hard to stay creative enough to find another way forward when the obvious path doesn’t work.

And sometimes it’s hard to keep believing that I can actually make a difference—that all of this research, learning, building, failing, rebuilding, questioning, and pushing is eventually going to mean something.

Because my goal was never a million dollars.

I didn’t come this far because I wanted to be rich.

I came this far because I wanted my life and my work to matter.

And strangely enough, that can make things harder.

When the goal isn’t money, there isn’t always a clean scoreboard telling you whether you’re winning.

Sometimes you’re doing important work while struggling to afford the resources necessary to keep doing it.

Sometimes you’re building something you believe in while wondering how you’ll keep everything else together.

Sometimes purpose and struggle exist in the same place.

But maybe that struggle has started to motivate me, too.

Every time something tells me I probably can’t go any farther, some stubborn part of me wants to find out if that’s actually true.

How far can I push?
How much can I learn?
How much can I build?
How many times can I adapt?

How many times can I get knocked off course and still find another way forward?

I don’t know exactly where all of this ends.

But I know I’m farther than I thought I could get.
And I know I didn’t get here alone.

So thank you to my wife.
Thank you to my friends.

Thank you to the people who encour

and remember... It'll all work out.
Life’s been crazy lately—hard to see where the road’s going, and it's always changing. It’s easy to forget sometimes that the friends we have do so much more than just have fun with us. They motivate us, pick us up when we’re down, inspire us, and push us to become better versions of ourselves.

So, this post is for the real ones—the ones who see where I’m going. The ones who never need me, but always want me there. And when we move, we move together. And we ALL moving ❤️ so get in or get the fuck out of the way

Went to a "festival"... turns out they didn’t play music. Everyone was dressed like it was the Renaissance era… Anyway, 8 hours later... 😂
