Decided this moment gets to live on my timeline. It’s no secret that this year has not gone as planned; taking 8+ weeks off from running due to a stress fracture and deferring Ironman Arizona and NC 70.3 definitely wasn’t on my bingo card for this year. But life happens and after being sad for a little while, I chose to adjust my goals, training, and expectations instead of fighting my body. I set a goal a few months ago to be able to bench press a plate (135lbs, 45lb plates) and this week I hit it after several (undocumented) failed attempts 🥹 Still working towards a return to running and building fitness for 70.3 world champs in December, but for now celebrating this small win and the pure joy I felt doing it ✨ #t1d #triathlon #ironmantri #weightlifting

𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝟭 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 (𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮!) 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗞𝘆𝗹𝗲!! 🥳 Coach Kyle brings the energy and brings the joy! He is deeply loved by Warriors and Athletes alike. His relationship with each person who comes through our doors is unique to each guest. Kyle is always looking for new ways to improve the guest experience by helping level up our programs or coming up with creative warm ups. We are so lucky to have him on our team and can't wait to see how he helps take PFP to the next level 💪

Shoutout to Coach Dylan and Coach Kyle for attending a multi-day conference last week and actively pursing growth in their careers. At the National Strength and Conditioning Association’s (NSCA) national convention in Baltimore, Coach Kyle & Coach Dylan got to learn from some of the best leaders in the fitness industry 🏋️‍♂️💪 At the convention, they participated in multiple lectures on strength and conditioning, gaining insights into the latest research and innovations happening in the field. 📚✨ They also attended several hands-on sessions, where they got to participate directly—Kyle even proved to be the fastest coach in attendance (LET'S GOOO)! 🏃‍♂️💨 These two have come back more excited and motivated than ever and we're pumped to see them put their learnings to action on the training floor!

Friendly reminder, iron sharpens iron. Hang around complainers, blame shifters, and excuse makers, and your life will reflect that. Hang around responsible, motivated, optimistic go getters and life is beautiful. Who makes you a better you? Tag ‘em’ below! @_kdaggett11 @lisey.lew @dylan.kopp
