Some gesturing hands for Christmas Day! Seen in a museum in Portugal a month ago. More recently mine were used expressively to dance but also had the privilege of massaging a helluva lot of people this year! Thanks to all the lovely folk for coming to see me this year and and hope to see you again in 2022 for more kneading, pummelling smoothing out, calming and caring. @keirpatrickmassage @blackheathyoga_ @renaissanceyogaandwellbeing #massage #massagetherapy #hands #handson #gestures #care #treatment #holistic #deeptissuemassage #lewisham #foresthill #blackheath #brockley #rest #handyman #musculoskeletal #massagetherapist #london #noachesorpains

An old dance photo. It’s good to still have this body in pretty much full working order! Dance has given me a lot more than I realise, including a ways to express without words, strength, mobility and poetry in motion, not to mention the endless brilliant and beautiful people I have met. Keep moving :) #dance #movement #massage #mobility #stretch #joy #keirpatrickmassage #lewisham #massagetherapist #poetryinmotion #nonverbal #blackheathyoga #releasethestress

ALL the colours...and a lot of #GreenScreen! Time to look back at the footage from last week and try some things out! Here's our great team saying hi - Lauryn, Penny, Keir, Rosie and Rick @barkfilms

Is this you?! Need some care? Massage is not an alternative for exercise but it can help to mobilise, move and relax! Back on track for massage tomorrow at Blackheath Yoga and every Saturday before Christmas. #massage #keirpatrickmassage #blackheathyoga #massagetherapy #relax #unwind #destress #muscle #bone #fascia #mobilise #movement #blackheath #greenwich #lewisham #painfree #selfcare
