After almost 5 months of prep since mid-May, intense dieting with no cheat meals, 1+ hour on the stairmaster daily, and learning posing from nothing, I’ve lived each day by a regimen where every detail matters. Through perseverance, the countless sacrifices paid off on Sunday.

This past weekend I competed at the OCB Mid Florida Naturals in Port St. Lucie.

Placements:

🥈 2nd – Men’s Physique Debut
🏅 4th – Men’s Physique Novice
🏅 4th – Men’s Physique Open

I couldn’t have done it without my team. Thank you to my parents, coaches, girlfriend, family, and friends for your support, for enduring my ups and downs, and for understanding what I had to make happen every single day, no matter the circumstances, to transform my mind, body, and spirit.

I know it’s cliché, but time flies with the blinders on. The habits, mentality, and discipline I’ve developed aren’t going anywhere. They’re coming with me to @mostvaluable.ent 💿, fitness content creation 🏋️, earning my pro card one day, and everything that comes next.

This isn’t the end of the journey, only the beginning 💪

First show completed, honestly can't believe that I built up the courage to do my first show. Best 3 days of my life, amazing experience, and I am so grateful for the opportunity to compete. I can't wait to do another show in the future.
