Had such a good time performing Functional Dance Screens last week for first year dance students at Temple University along side second and third year DPT students.

Today in their first year seminar class, the dance students were able to analyze their results and create a dance conditioning plan based on their individual needs.

Absolutely one of my favorite parts of my job!

One year ago today, I put a bow on my final chapter as an undergraduate at Temple University. Despite facing life-threatening health conditions and life-changing challenges with Endometriosis, I earned my degree in Theater with a concentration in Design & Production and graduated with a 3.8 GPA. 👩🏾‍🎓🥂🥳

Here are a few photos to remember my time here. Even though I came in as a transfer student, I was able to find my village☺️

Every person who is (or isn’t) tagged and featured here (because of Instagram’s stupid restrictions 🤦🏾‍♀️) has played an important role in my journey, regardless of how long I’ve known them or how close we are. Each of you has impacted my life in meaningful ways, helped me grow into a better person, and shaped the woman I’m continuing to become🌿

I am so grateful to have met, worked with, and performed alongside so many talented, creative, and genuinely amazing people. Thank you for the memories, the lessons, the laughs, and the support. I wish everyone nothing but the best in your next chapters, and I hope our paths cross again soon🫂🤎✨

Honorable Mentions:
@d2ddance
@justsole @queen_dinita
@templetheaters
@newyorkendometriosis
National Hand Dance Association
