Six people who the Lord used to grow me in ways I never could have imagined.

Will, you are hardworking and intentional with every person you come into contact with. You have a way of making people feel seen, and I hope you never lose that.

AnnaClaire, you have a tender heart, a kindness that is so genuine, and a fear of the Lord that is beautiful to watch. Keep pursuing Jesus with that same humility and sincerity.

Alpha, you have the ability to capture the attention of anyone in a room. You work hard, you care deeply, and I have no doubt that you are going to go so far in life. Keep using the gifts God has given you for His glory.

Caris, you are funny, intentional, and someone who notices the little things. You care about people so genuinely, and I hope you always remember how much those little things matter.

Nate, you are funny, hardworking, and truly never meet a stranger. But more than anything, you have such a gift for seeing the good in people. You treat people like children of God, and that is something I hope you never stop doing.

Emily, you feel deeply, love deeply, and carry such a big heart for people. You embody what it looks like to be the hands and feet of Christ, and it has been so sweet to watch you love people so fully.

I remember praying before this summer that the Lord would grow me in ways I didn’t even know I needed. And He answered that prayer through these six people, this place, and a million little moments in between. Managing this team stretched me, challenged me, humbled me, and grew me. It taught me that leadership is so much less about having all the answers and so much more about loving people well, pointing them to Jesus, and trusting the Lord with what He is doing in their lives.

To my six: I am so proud of you. Keep becoming who God has called you to be. Keep choosing Jesus. Keep loving people well. And never forget that the Lord is not finished with you yet.🤍

My summer working at Cho-yeh was the best I could ever ask for! Thank you god for this opportunity to work here and serve you god! This truly was the best summer of all time!! “Isaiah 41:10: So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”

God is so, so good.

This summer was a gift I’ll carry with me for a long time. I’m walking away with memories I’ll cherish forever, friendships I’ll always be thankful for, and a heart that’s been changed by the Lord. Thank You, Jesus, for every camper, every conversation, every laugh, every challenge, and every reminder that You are always faithful. Until next summer.
