Loved working with @_kittenn @bibbdurganrealestate on this! 🤝 and super excited for her client who grew up in the neighborhood to be back raising her own family ☺️

Some homes don’t just welcome you… they greet you.

I had the honor of touring 2571 Waverly in Newport Beach, which felt like stepping back in time in the very best way. Tucked within the harbor-side community of Bayshores, this timeless beach bungalow has a warmth to it that you feel before you even walk through the door.

French doors, a red brick wraparound patio, mature trees, and the kind of presence that quietly says, “come on in… I’ll pour you a glass of iced tea.”

Inside, soft natural light fills every room. White plank wood-beamed ceilings, marble countertops, and spaces that feel beautifully lived in and deeply cared for. The second story primary suite adds just enough while still honoring the soul of the original home.

It’s the kind of house that reminds you… some homes are meant to be preserved, added to slowly, and loved for generations.

Offered at $7,200,000

Travel Thursday: South of France, Part 1 🇫🇷

We chose Antibes as our home base and completely fell in love with its charm. From wandering through the cobblestone streets of Old Town to discovering hidden corners filled with colorful shutters, cafés, and little boutiques; it really felt like stepping into a postcard.

Our days were spent beach hopping along the coast, each spot somehow more beautiful than the last, and browsing the local markets packed with fresh produce, flowers, and that effortless French energy.

Antibes has this perfect mix of laid-back coastal vibes and historic beauty 🩵 And of course, we had to make a day trip to Cannes for La Guérite 🥂 @babarestaurant_ @hotelducapedenroc @la_guerite

Figured the best way to kick off a marriage is to have one hell of a ski day

Thanks @halsey.pierce for capturing the fun all weekend long. Not many photographers can ski backwards with two cameras around their neck. LOVE YOU!
