Community is more than just being around people. 🫶🏽

It’s having people who remind you who God called you to be when life gets loud.

Some prayers survive because someone was praying too.
Some dreams stay alive because somebody else encouraged you not to quit.
Some healing happens because God places the RIGHT people around you at the RIGHT time.

Scripture reminds us in Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 that “Two are better than one… For if they fall, one will lift up the other.”

Isolation may feel safer sometimes, but healthy community is one of God’s greatest gifts. We were never meant to carry life alone. I SHO AM GRATEFUL FOR MINE! 🤍

Life Group Season is ending 😩

If I gained nothing else from my leading creatives this semester, it’s that every part of creation has a story.

We are called to tell it. The good. The bad.

Why?

Happy Father’s Day to all the men who've risen to the challenge of being amazing dads! I feel grateful for every moment I share with my Superman, Melvin Sr. - he's my role model and inspiration. Thanks to him, I strive to be a better father to my boys.
