6’7 G @thekellenamos was not the guy you see in this video when I started working with him in the 6th grade when nobody wanted to work with him. He was slow, fat, but had long arms and legs, but he always worked hard and kept showing up on a consistent basis. Over the years, he started losing weight and he was working outside of the basketball court as far as working on lifting weights and his athleticism to beat you see now in the video. Now he is at Rice University playing on the collegiate level and I think he is a pro when he gets done. Moral of the story is it doesn’t matter what you’re doing right now or how you look, just keep being consistent and doing the little things and your hard work will pay off. Just wanted to say I am proud of you, young fella! #stringteam #foryouoage #fyp #riceuniversity #stringteamworkouts
