Last night’s pop up was so good @soyenpm + @soyendesserts! Such a delicious and comforting meal with so many amazing flavors!

I had the Korean Beef Bibimbap Bowl, Laab Fries, Pandan Coconut Banana Cinnamon Roll, Guava Coconut Cinnamon Roll and a Black Sesame Hot Chocolate. I loved everything!

I’m excited for the next pop up! It’s going to be a great one! Stay tuned!

Not shown: the Ube Coconut Banana Pudding because it was the first thing I ate! 💜

@soyenpm had a weekday pop up!! Obviously, the only option was to GO!

We were 4th in line and we arrived 15 minutes before they opened at 5:00 pm. The line got long quick!

Follow them to see all the delicious food they’re making.

Everything @soyendesserts is AMAZING! Period.

Went with my sis @aebaybayy last week and we tried the slow pulled pork congee, pork loaded Laab fries, Uncle Kuma Japanese egg salad donut, Hmong sausage egg sandwich, beignets, ube salt bread, triple berry cream filled salt bread, coconut guava brioche donut, lychee rose brioche donut, black sesame strawberry donut, ube foam Viet coffee, and lychee shaken tea.

Their donuts are seriously some of my favorite donuts! Everything we had was so good, you really can’t go wrong with anything here. Definitely worth the visit!

And now they have a patio too?! Already planning to come back soon! @visitsaintpaul 🍩
