This first year coaching girls basketball has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. It wasn’t perfect there were highs, there were lows, wins, losses, adversity, and lessons that challenged me every step of the way. But through it all, my love and passion for this game and for developing young women only grew stronger.

I want to give a huge thank you to @okubasketball for believing in me, opening the door, and giving me the opportunity to coach. That chance helped shape me into a better coach, leader, and mentor. I’ll always be grateful for the trust you placed in me.

I’m also incredibly proud to be building something special with @selfmaedelite . We’re an up and coming organization, but our vision is bigger than basketball. We’re committed to developing players on and off the court, creating opportunities, and building a culture that people will respect for years to come.

To every player, parent, coach, and supporter who believed in me this season thank you. This is only the beginning.
