🌸👣🥹 At Jesus’ Feet—This is what OBEDIENCE looks like. 🥹👣🌸

When women gather together in the presence of the LORD—to pray, to fellowship 💓 (KOINONIA), to worship, 🧎🏽‍♀️‍➡️and to seek Him 🤲🏽 —the LORD always answers. 🙏🏽🌸

In Scripture, ✨📖 women who sought the LORD, cried out to Him, 🧎🏽‍♀️‍➡️ and trusted Him, ✨ always encountered His faithfulness. 💕 There is something so heavenly and victorious about women coming together with one heart ♥️ —to worship, to pray, to receive His Word, and simply to sit at the feet of Jesus. 👣🌸

Because truly, there is nothing more important than being stationed, rooted 🌱 and planted 🪴 at His feet. 👣💕

In a world filled with so many things demanding our attention, our time, our literal souls—Jesus reminds us of the ONE thing that is needed. 🥹♥️ Martha was worried 😞 and troubled 😓 about many things, 🥺 but Mary chose to sit at His feet 😊👣 and hear His Word. 👂🏽🗣️ And Jesus said that she had chosen “that good part, which will not be taken away from her.” 🥹🤍

What a reminder for us: 🤗 we do not have to be consumed by the many things of this world, no. ♥️ We can come to Jesus. 🥰 We can sit at His feet. 👣 We can hear His Word. 📖 We can worship.💃🏽 We can pray. 🙏🏽 We can simply be with Him. 🌸🫂

💓 Thank You, Jesus, for the blessing of gathering in Your presence. 💛 Thank You for every woman You brought into the room. 💕Thank You for what You did on that blessed day, what You revealed, 😮 what You restored, 🫂what You began ✨ and having an encounter with You. 🥰

🌸👣 Luke 10:39–42 👣🌸
“39 And she had a sister called Mary, who also sat at Jesus’ feet and heard His word. 40 But Martha was distracted with much serving, and she approached Him and said, “Lord, do You not care that my sister has left me to serve alone? Therefore tell her to help me.” 41 And Jesus answered and said to her, “Martha, Martha, you are worried and troubled about many things. 42 But one thing is needed, and Mary has chosen that good part, which will not be taken away from her.”

Will forever be grateful for this sisterhood. I love these girls soooo much.

Pray for friends that pray for you.
Pray for friends that hold you accountable.
Pray for friends that encourage you.
Pray for friends that sharpen you.
Pray for friends that lead you closer to Christ.
Pray for friends who challenge you to grow.
Most importantly, pray for friends who love Jesus.

Pray for friendships and sisterhood that is centered around Christ.

May we be women who champion one another.

May we be like Mary and Martha—welcoming one another into our homes and lives.

May we be like Mary and Elizabeth—celebrating God’s faithfulness and encouraging one another in His promises.

May we be like Ruth and Naomi—walking faithfully beside one another through every season.

In a world that often encourages comparison and competition, may we choose sisterhood.

Thank you to every incredible woman who made the very first Grace & Gather so special. What a gift it is to grow in faith together.

Here’s to many more tables, prayers, conversations, and friendships.

To God be all the glory. 🤍🌸

What a beautiful, beautiful afternoon. 🌸🤍

Grace & Gather was filled with laughter, tears, prayer, worship, meaningful conversations, and women encouraging women.

We painted for one another, prayed over one another, and left with hearts a little fuller than when we walked in.

I truly don’t have enough words to thank every woman who attended, supported, shared, prayed, and believed in this vision. What started as a simple idea became a room full of incredible women and a reminder that God is still bringing people together in such beautiful ways.

To Him be all the glory forever and ever.

This is only the beginning. 💗✨
