Introducing the 2026–2027 Move for Good Team! We’re so excited to see all of the amazing things we’ll accomplish together and can’t wait to continue expanding our impact! Swipe to learn a little more about each of our founders and board members!

Olivia Bax is a high school senior and co-founder of Move for Good, dedicated to creating meaningful change in the lives of children and families facing economic challenges. Through Move for Good, she works to expand access to movement, wellness, and support while building partnerships and initiatives that strengthen communities.

Having grown up dancing, movement has always been an important part of Olivia’s life. She currently serves on her high school’s Varsity Pomline, where she has developed a strong foundation in discipline, teamwork, and leadership—values she brings to her work with Move for Good.

Olivia is also deeply committed to academics, challenging herself through numerous AP and honors courses, particularly in the sciences. She hopes to pursue a career in medicine, with a particular interest in pediatric medicine, allowing her to continue advocating for and supporting children throughout her future. Through both Move for Good and her future in medicine, Olivia hopes to expand her reach and make a lasting impact on the lives of children and families.

Zoe Drachler is a co-founder of Move For Good and serves as the organization’s Fundraising and Development Chair. Through Move For Good, she is dedicated to creating meaningful change in the lives of children and families facing challenging circumstances. She works to expand access to movement, wellness, and support while helping lead fundraising efforts and building initiatives that strengthen communities.

She is a senior at Chaparral High School, where she serves as captain of the nationally and state-champion Varsity Pom team. Alongside her commitment to dance, she is an AP and Honors student who balances school with a job, multiple internships, and competitive training in a variety of dance styles. Through dance, Zoe has developed a strong foundation in discipline, teamwork, leadership, and perseverance—values she brings to her work with Move For Good.
