I thought rather than posting all the steaks we eaten over the last few months, I would compile the pictures as a whole rather than separately.

We have had some unreal steaks, some aged for 80 days, some aged for 21 days. You can not beat beef from the UK for flavour.

Some of these pictures have not been cooked by ourselves, a couple have been from meals out.

We will be holding our team live fire event as usual but this year we have a special guest @twisted_ribs who is part of the Gozney Collective Team.

On the day there will be a range of different styles of food from breakfast rolls, Greek dishes to pizza's and rib eye tacos. Possibly everyones favourite tandoori sausage rolls.

If you are considering buying a Gozney, this event will be the best day to take a closer look at what you can produce on a Gozney oven.

Come down with an empty stomach, we will be giving out plenty of tasters throughout the day.

"Too Big For Your Buns"

This was a colossus burger.

Potato Rosti base - Porchetta- Charred Cabbage - Porchetta - Apple Slaw - Potato Rosti top

Finished with a piece of crispy, crunchy Pork Belly then drizzled with the Pork dripping gravy.

Did we finish it? Did we bollocks! We got half way through before giving in.

If you haven't tried Liams @thecateringbutcher porchetta you are missing out. By far the best I have ever had.

Also I tried the Apple slaw, want to know my verdict? I still hate slaw!!!

What a brilliant day over the Pennines cooking loads of food with good friends.

Massive thanks goes to Paul @happy_grill_more for allowing us to use his land and to Cal @outd_oorfoodie for organising. Great teamwork fellas.

Proper fire-cooked lamb Adana, loaded into homemade flatbreads and absolutely covered in the bank holiday good stuff. (Helps get over the alcohol)

This is the hangover cure we needed.

Charred Adana. home-made toasted flatbread, fresh herbs, red onion, salad, garlic mayo, hot sauce and a couple of peppers that have seen some serious heat. 🌶️🔥
