POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

All Indians don't travel to Thailand to take and be unruly, some of us travel to contribute and spread goodness.

On my lifelong quest to create a culture of health and wellbeing, I found myself in one of the best and most stimulating party hostels in Khao San Road, Bangkok,

I had been visiting @bedstationhostel1 since three years and this time it was supposed to be a stopover for me as I waited for my holistic coaching client @captainstoryteller to head over to an island for his personalised wellbeing retreat.

But one serendipitous thing led to another and I ended up creating customised wellbeing classes for travellers at the hostel, the owners were obviously sceptical in the beginning but salute to them for believing in it, and I ended up spending more than 3 months in two separate cycles at the hostel.

Over my previous visits to this hostel I had observed that most youngsters who visit, are seeking some peace, recovering from some trauma or on a life transition, and they travel to find balance and peace, but at times get so caught in the stimulation that they forgot their reason for travelling.

Yes celebrating Life and partying is essential but not as a distraction to one's issues, and my little sessions just helped people to center and realign with this aspect of life, I equally enjoyed heading out for pub crawls and celebrating Life, but for the right reasons not as a way to distract from life issues.

It was great to meet such glorious souls and share life energy with them and contribute towardsthe wellbeing energy of the world.

And if I can do it at a party hostel, everywhere else is simple.

✨you gotta just go for it✨

My first to weeks of my adventure abroad have come to an end✨🌴🇹🇭
Bangkok to Koh Tao was a blast: including culture shock, a lot of sweat, amazing people & many sunsets☀️

Now heading to Khao Sok to start my internship, excited what the next 6 months will be like 🤍

When you are willing to be truly vulnerable, to life, to the people and the places around you, to trust this magical existence beyond the voice of fear and limiting social conditioning, you are gifted with a sense of peace, joy, harmony and balance you previously weren't aware of.

This absolute magnificence is always available to you, yet you keep yourself from it, and then you don't, either you are left with no option but to trust life, or you find some good nudges towards a leap of faith.

Stability and Harmony are two ends of balance, once based on calculation, social appeasement and the other on an absolute surrender to life.
While a calculative mind can get you stability but only a total let go makes you truly harmonious.

Once you touch and taste the harmony of this trust and surrender based living, there is no going back, there is no other way left,

At @swasthyafc , we make it a priority to offer specially curated, holistic wellbeing and create an ambience of oneness wherever we go. The best part? Individuals across different borders, languages, culture, ethnicity, mindsets undergo a synchronized heart warming session, those threading us together.

“Harmony” is such a commonly undermined word, it is often heard in music. We are frequencies in motion, pulling together diverse realities and lived experience. To create another “in the moment”

After my personal workout, when I enter these mindfulness, movement and mobility sessions (often behind the camera) seeing the individual smile makes my day shine that I feel grateful for.

Setting this in a party hostel, is way more wild. It is a whole new audience that the owner observes, and we are happy be mediators or facilitators to the creation of serendipity 🔥

When the limit of 5 becomes 6, it is a positive accident, just like @6waystotheworld

The yoga facilitation sessions offer the perfect platform for good energies to Yoke into one, the result is a positive upliftment for all.

Serendipity brings together similar energies from different nooks of the world, creating unconditional space for each other to evolve to their highest potential.

Celebrating this present moment like never before, nurturing a deeper intimacy with self which naturally overflows into the world around.

Feeding off the innocent goodness of fellow seekers, I was energised to pull through the little throat infection.

Grateful to celebrate the gift of present. @bedstationhostel1
