We’ve come a long way over the years and now we’re back full circle playing the venue where we had our first ever show in 2022.

Been going through a bunch of old Birdhouse photos and videos the last few days and just felt like I had to share some gratitude here.

With the show this Friday coming up… I’m just really grateful for what the birdhouse has become.

What started as a small idea has turned into something that’s honestly changed my life.

So many late nights, random hangouts, small rooms, big rooms… and a lot of people I’ve watched grow into incredible artists and DJs.

And more importantly, just good people.

Whether you’ve been part of this locally in the Bay or from somewhere across the world, it all means a lot to me.

I don’t say “Birdhouse fam” lightly. That’s really what it is to me.

So yeah, just wanted to say thank you to everyone who’s been part of it in any way.

The show this Friday is just a simple one. Friends, family, good music.

There are bout 10 free early tickets left, then it’s $10.

All ticket money goes to the artists.

Second single of the year coming this Friday!

Shortly after I put out my song “Everybody” on Vokall Records last year, the team launched their new sub-label Vondell Records to specifically focus on funky, soulful, disco-driven house, which makes this next release a perfect fit.

No Exception is a bit of a switch-up for me. Still rooted in disco and funky vibes, but leaning deeper into soulful house with an R&B touch.

And we’ll be celebrating properly this weekend.

Saturday night I’m playing a special pop-up at Candy’s on Haight Street in San Francisco. Fully original set with some good people, good music, and good candy
