Training Camp – Day 6 💪🌊

Another solid day of learning, pushing limits, and having fun.

This morning we hit the pool for a bungee board session, focusing on steady power. Then, as the sun started to set, it was time to put it all to the test with our ski time trial through the canals.

Every session is another opportunity to get a little stronger, a little faster, and a little better. Proud of the effort the team is putting in every single day. 🔥

Training Camp – Day 5 💥🌊🏃‍♀️

Another epic day in the books!

✔️ Board session
✔️ Hill repeats
✔️ 5 km time trial through beautiful Cape St Francis
✔️ Pizza night at The Full Stop to celebrate the hard work 🍕🙌

The legs were feeling it, the smiles say it all, and this team just keeps showing up. Fitness is built one session at a time.
