The “I’ll start again Monday” routine wasn’t doing Leon any favours.

Once we got his whole week working, the graft started showing.

11kg down. Strength up an average of 28%. More muscle, first sight of abs and confidence taking his top off on holiday.

Still had his weekends and had the rig too.

If you want to look like you actually lift without giving up your life, DM me “BUILD”

Myself and Sean started this up last year and have started to get more clients on the go especially for grass cuts, if anyone is interested or knows anyone that doesn’t have social media feel free to give me or Sean a message at any time!

Just a handful of transformations inside the past couple years of online coaching.

Every guy you see here started in a different place.

Different physiques. Different goals. Different levels of experience.

Yet, they all had one thing in common: They weren’t happy with their current situation.

They were tired of feeling skinny or overweight, lacking confidence, lost in the gym or looking in the mirror and knowing they were capable of more.

At some point, they made a decision to stop waiting for motivation, stop guessing and most importantly - invest in themselves and put some skin in the game.

Then they committed to the process.

It’s not an overnight thing.

But they did it consistently enough to create a result they’re proud of.

If you’re looking at these photos wishing you could achieve something similar, just remember:

Every one of these lads started with the exact same first step.

DM “MUSCLE” if you’d like to find out what that could look like for you.

“Routine. Weight loss. Proper structure.” 🗯️

That’s what Leon wanted to change when he started.

Like most guys, he wasn’t struggling because he didn’t care.

He was struggling because he had no structure, no consistency, and was relying on motivation to carry him through.

Now:

✅ 11.3kg down
✅ 28.4% stronger across all lifts on average
✅ Leaner, fitter, stronger
✅ First time ever seeing abs
✅ Actually confident taking his top off on holiday

Big physical & mental changes.

He stopped guessing.
Stopped falling off track every other weekend.
Stopped relying on “starting Monday” every week.

Now he’s got a routine he can actually stick to without it taking over his life.

That’s where coaching changes everything.

If you’re sick to death of feeling uncomfortable in your own skin and want proper structure, accountability, and results that actually last…
