V I O L E T 💜 This year I unexpectedly got a chance to revisit an old role. A role that I loved so much and challenged me not only as a singer but as an actor. Doing this show again 6 years later I truly felt like I had grown so much and tried to push myself to be even better. It was mentally and emotionally taxing but I had a wonderful cast and an incredible director to reassure my mind every step of the way. I don’t know if I’ll be performing again anytime soon but Violet and “Flick” will always hold a special place in my heart 💜

It’s here, and it’s lit-the first review for the @zenalchemylabs CBD prerolls!
Say hello to Lifter; she’s rich in CBG and CBD, and works great to soothe aches and pains. Comment below if you’re excited to try this strain!

Well this is funny, but I feel like this photo was taken about 10 years ago even though it was only last month!
Time feels like it’s on a loop not being in the salon, but if it’s okay with you, I’d love to still share some work that I’m really proud of!
I love this photo for like a BILLION reasons-the biggest one being, of course, I love the lady in this photo to the ends of the earth! But also because Alexia was the last lovely face I got to see before the salon had to close. We spent that whole Saturday correcting her color, and it took so much time and effort for this beautiful outcome! We had brunch while her hair processed, watched some Netflix, and just appreciated each other’s company ☺️ swipe to see what we were working with!
1st-final result
2nd-banding
3rd pic-after two rounds of color remover and toner!
Does time feel like it’s been in a loop for you too?

Things that people say every time they hang out with me and my friends from high school:
“Y’all are so supportive of each other!”
“You all have such big ambitions!”
“Y’all are doing such big things!”
“So are you all artists?” (Yes, yes we are)
“You believe in each other so hard!”
And you know, it’s all true. I don’t say that to brag; it’s a testament to the importance of actively choosing the company you keep! I could say a lot of things-we were raised to be all of these things, we had teachers and mentors who guided us, and that would all be true, too (and thank god we had them!). But at our cores, we are people made with love. Love for each other, for art, for self expression, for life. That’s what makes us who we truly are! As we go through life we add beautiful new friends to the mix, and we can only do so successfully when we know what energy we should surround ourselves with.
To all my dear friends, near and far, thank you for the impact you’ve had in my life. Thank you for being in my corner, and know that I’m cheering you on in all you do!
