Is openness about faith in the workplace empowering or uncomfortable?

EP 43- Faith at Work (OUT SOON)

Faith. Work. Leadership.
What happens when you stop separating them?
This episode explores what it means to lead, work, and live without compartmentalising belief, and how openness can shape culture, confidence, and connection.

Behind the Mic 🎙️

Reflecting on when I spoke at @_lifecreations live panel ‘New Phase’ event

The panel/event featured an inspiring group of individuals, including @mr.oye founder of @2020levels , @viniciaferreira_ @priscillaohene_ and @stacymukopfa amongst others.

Together, we discussed how our identities have shape and impact our careers.

Well just as businesses inherit traits from their leaders—both good and bad—Buditu-Consulting and the 2cool4school podcast reflect my core values:

-solution-focused
-purposeful
-people-centred
