One of my favorite parts of being a physical therapist is getting to know the person behind the pain.

It’s the one-on-one conversations, its getting PUMPED for the small wins, building confidence, and helping people realize what their bodies are capable of.

Being a small part of someone’s journey is something I’ll never take for granted.

If you’ve been thinking, “There is NO way I’m letting someone put needles in me…” 😂

We hear you.

But dry needling is one of the many tools we use to help our patients manage pain, release muscle tension, improve movement, and get back to doing what they love.

It’s not as scary as it sounds — and you may be surprised by how little you actually feel.

Curious? Come give dry needling a try as part of your full recovery plan.
