🚨 WARNING: Working out at Rock City may cause excessive high-fives, new friends, questionable dance moves and actually LOOKING FORWARD to going to the gym. 😂💪

This is what fitness should feel like.

No matter your age.
No matter your fitness level.
No matter where you’re starting.

Come for the workout. Stay because you found your people. 🔥

29 people. One TOUGH HYROX workout. And somehow…everyone survived. 😂🔥

The room was poppin, the energy was LOUD and quitting was never an option. This is what getting stronger together looks like! 💪

Think your gym crew could hang with ours? 👀#Hyrox #arkansasfitness#hyroxtraining #fitness #hyroxworld

2025… somehow in the midst of all the tough parts, I still choose to remember this year as one of the best ones yet. I found myself again, gained self confidence, and took back my power. I made new friends, fell in love with new hobbies, traveled, cherished the little moments with my loved ones, grew my relationship with God, helped start a Hyrox training club, got a job promotion, and became an AUNTIE to the most beautiful girl in the world. ❤️ I definitely had to go through a lot to get here but now that I’m on the other side, I realize that I never went through it alone. And I’m forever thankful for that.
