🎉Employee of the Month: Lizzie🎉

A message from our Associate Director, Kate Cassidy:

Please join us in celebrating Lizzie as our April Employee of the Month!

Lizzie has been absolutely crushing it at the front desk. She is consistently signing up new families every single day, and her confidence and knowledge shine through in every interaction. Whether she’s welcoming someone new or helping a returning family, she makes the experience feel easy, positive, and professional.

She handles customer concerns and complaints with such ease and composure, always keeping a smile on her face.

In fact, just today, she turned a potential cancellation into a huge win by not only retaining a family but helping them feel confident enough to add an additional day to their enrollment. That level of care, communication, and impact is exactly what we strive for.

Thank you, Lizzie, for your hard work, positivity, and dedication. We are so lucky to have you on our team!
