Friday marked 3 years at 1st Phorm. I’m often asked what I love about this company and for me the answer is simple. Growing up I always worked hard but I carried this belief that I was somehow second class. Like success was meant for other people not me. I thought the people who had what I wanted were just born with skills I’d never have and that I’d be the one who settled instead of built. That changed the day I discovered a brand built on hard work and grit. A brand that wanted people who would compete learn get back up after getting knocked down and fight to make the world better. For the first time I felt like I belonged. Like this place was made for me. Pair that with leaders like Sal and Andy men who don’t just preach growth but live it and everything changed. On more occasions than they’ll probably ever know what they and so many others have built has truly changed my life. I’ll always be grateful for that. People see the HQ the gym the events and yes they’re incredible. But that’s not why I moved here. I moved here for what 1P stands for helping people become better in every area of life. Because if you can help one person you have the chance to change the world. Want a great life? Be someone who helps. Who serves. Who brings value wherever they go. That’s what matters. 3 years down. Just the beginning.
