Running the 2025 TCS New York City Marathon was one of the most humbling experiences ever and a bucket list item of mine. All the runs throughout the city finally made sense crossing the finish line.

I’m so use to wanting to run fast but I had to respect the course and even still after respecting the course, the course still had my legs in shambles. So thankful for the village I have for supporting me and carrying me through the race. Seeing ya all at the finish line was everything!!

Shoutout to my @thecraterunclub Family!!!

Time to Up IT, we carrying this marathon into everything else, so Let’s Go‼️

Initially signed up for myself, but I pushed and finished it for you 🥹

I’ve been training for this half-marathon since January 2025, but then unexpectedly lost my father March 2025, right when I felt my best during my training. I felt derailed and discouraged - unsure if this was something I had the capacity for. But with the push from my support system - my village - I was able to cross the finish line in 2 hours and 45 minutes. If you asked me a couple of weeks ago would I do this again, my answer would be “HELL NO!” But now, I’m already looking forward to the next one 😉🏃🏽‍♀️💨
