“notice your distance and positioning! move your feet! move your head! keep your hands up!” we gotta work on our basics to protect ourselves 🛡️

when we hold mitts for our boxers, we must throw punches that would land, so that boxers can work on their defense. boxers should get used to their defense being tested; they should not expect their mitt holder to throw missing punches

our classes range from intense to chill. we have a class for everyone! come join us this Fall 🧛🏽‍♀️🕯️

our Marvelous Monthly Membership, which gives you access to up to 23 two-hour classes a month between our East Bay and San Francisco locations, is reduced in price by 35% from $170/month to $111/month! 💛 learn more at www.jxtheo.net/bayanihanboxing (the link is in our bio)
