Back in December I told these two it would be a great move for them to take over as strength and conditioning coaches for @hilmarhighfootball It was a tough loss for myself but I am very proud of these guys and seeing them grow as coaches over the last 9 months. Ten years ago today, Kyle Livak opened The Hangar. What started as a gym has grown into so much more. 3 years and 8 months with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) 🙌 I am beyond grateful for this chapter and every coach, teacher, and student I’ve met along the way. With the help of an incredible board, dedicated teachers, and faithful supporters, God did some amazing things: 🏫Helped launch 15 campus clubs 📖Handed out over 1,000 Bibles 🍕 Served more pizzas than I can count ❤️Watched 100s of students say YES to Jesus! The best part was seeing young people step up for Christ on their campuses, teams, and in their families, and having the chance to encourage them in their God-given gifts. As Paul reminds us, some plant seeds and others water them. Whether you’re in full-time ministry or not, we are all called to do both wherever God places us. As for the next chapter I’m going into the fire service! I look forward to staying involved with FCA as a volunteer, a football coach at MJC and continuing to serve as a Christian who happens to be a firefighter 🔥 God bless!
