As a performer, if you're lucky, you'll land upon those unicorn gigs that are a perfect mix of the things you're good at, the things you want, and the things that challenge you to grow. @cluex_theburlesqueparody has been that for me in all of the best ways and I'm proud to hang up my peacock umbrella (for now!) having spent the last six months as a guest of Renkus-Heinz Manor. @simone.just.simone offered me the opportunity of a lifetime to use my burlesque, comedy, and theater background to bring this kooky lady to life and I'm so grateful. Thank you, Simone, for the invitation to join you on this journey 🔎 Like the avatar, you have brought opposing elements together for the purpose of achieving something great 🙏 To my incredible cast mates, past and present, thank you for inspiring me with your talent and keeping me sane with your kindness and sense of humor 💐 @timeaftertimedesigns , it has been an honor to model your incredible handiwork. You are a phenomenal artist! And to our choreographer @hilukeallen thank you for being the nicest meanest person I've ever met 💖 And to everyone who made it out to see the show, thank you for supporting our independent, heartfelt work of theater 🎭 The last six months have seen several challenges for me in my personal life-- putting down my senior dog, health issues, dating in Las Vegas 😅 ClueX has been a great grounding experience and a safe space full of laughter and love. While the doors of the manor are closed for now, make sure that you are following ClueX for updates and whereabouts 💌
