Dads, let them come with you. Even when it takes twice as long.

The workout. The walk. The grocery run. The little things you could finish faster alone.

I’m learning that being a present dad means making room for my daughter in the life I’m already living.

Some days, that means fewer reps. More stops. A slower pace.

But she gets time with her dad. And I get time I’ll never get back.

Fatherhood, fitness, and family time can grow together. Let your kids be part of it.

The best part of making protein pancakes wasn’t the protein. 🥞

It was Chelsea standing beside me, helping me make breakfast.

I talk a lot about leading by example as a dad. Sometimes that looks like training hard. Sometimes it looks like slowing down on a busy morning, cracking eggs together, and showing her how we make breakfast.

I can be a very impatient person but she reminds me it’s ok to slow things down

Victory Monday @raiders

Game days hit a little different

Took my daughter to her first @raiders game at SoFi Stadium yesterday and safe to say… we had a TIME.

I also think @maxxcrosby might be her favorite player 🤷🏻‍♂️

Another family run in the books at the Rose Bowl.

Creating a community who want to be healthier, stronger, more present, and lead their families by example.

Our kids are watching how we take care of ourselves.
They’re watching what we prioritize.
They’re learning what “normal” looks like from us.

So bring the stroller.
Bring the kids.
Walk if you need to.

Took Chelsea to an Angel City FC game as a family, and apparently she had the entire night planned out…

Soccer game ✅
Ice cream at the stadium ✅
Pizza after the game ✅

And Dad’s job? Just say yes and enjoy the ride 😂

These are the moments I love most about fatherhood and family life. Nothing complicated. Nothing extravagant. Just being present, experiencing something together, and watching her enjoy the little things.

One day she won’t be this little. She won’t be asking Dad for ice cream at the game and pizza afterward.

So right now, I’m soaking it all in.

The game was fun. But experiencing it through her eyes was the best part. ❤️
