What an incredible night at our Women Build Night Market!

We’re feeling so much gratitude for every vendor, shopper, supporter, and volunteer who joined us.

Because of this amazing community, we came together to support local businesses, celebrate women making an impact, and raise vital funds to help continue our Women Build Program, which encourages women to come out on the construction site, learn new skills, and build community.

We are thrilled to share that, thanks to your generosity and our incredible sponsors, we raised over $23,000!

Thank you for shopping small, dreaming big, and helping families build stability. We couldn’t do this without you!

I’ve been knee deep in planning both The Self-Love Lab (eeek!) and my outfits for Barcelona this summer…because I firmly believe that vacation is just a series of curated photo shoots and I take that very seriously 😉

As I was showing Matt some of my new dresses, and my new *elevated* computer case, he said “that’s kind of the theme of your life right now — everything is elevated.”

He’s right, of course, and the elevation is intentional. We’re always learning, growing, elevating in our lives in one way or another. It’s just that for me, right now, it’s being cultivated and curated intentionally. I’m actively making my external world match the internal world of the version of myself that I’m stepping into.

This is one piece of self-image work. And it’s essential - it’s self-love in action.

Your self-image is self-created. You have the power to change it, and you are the only one who does. That’s not a burden. That’s your power.

Our self-image creates the boundaries of what we believe is possible for us — and it directly shapes the way others experience and perceive us. Research shows that our brains are wired to seek experiences that confirm our existing beliefs about ourselves, meaning the story you hold about who you are will always be the one your life tries to prove true.

Think about the difference in how you show up when you’re fully confident versus when you’re deep in self-doubt. That’s not a personality difference. That’s your self-image at work.

This work starts with The Change That Changes Everything — and it deepens inside of The Self-Love Lab. ✨

Let’s cheer each other on…What’s one small, intentional change you can make today to align yourself with the version of yourself you’re becoming? 📸: @lisamonetphotography @_m_agency

You can feel the difference in a room like this.

Less posturing.
More ownership.
More truth.

Thats what happens when leaders step off the sidelines.
