I love this phase of life where health, happiness and friendship have all collided.

I set myself a goal to do a hike every month this year to get me back out into nature.

It started in January with one friend and has grown every month since...this month the hubby tagged along so I could see how I went carrying baby boy 💜

Been practicing tribal fusion a fair bit lately, I adore this style of movement~ feeling a bit vulnerable posting a dance video sans props on this page but progress > perfection!

@cloudlandbrisbane you can have me back to dance in your bathroom anytime 😅

Thank you @lateral_events for this opportunity 💜

The photographer that takes the narrow path will always take 3 times as long, there is just too many things to photograph.

If you know a photographer that can relate, tag them in the comments!

Exploring with camera in hand. It was great catching up with Aiden. This was captured before the NZ trip but finally getting around to edit these shots. @_mackd and I took turns of shooting these bangers of each other. I think there is a new favourite photo for me.

[ Winter Chill ] Vivid is a vibe this year with a multitude of incredible lighting displays. Nothing beats this view of the whole city skyline and listening to the concert across the harbour at the opera house makes it all the more special. Swipe across to see @_mackd in full size.

[ Solitude ] You are never alone when you’re in the mountains! Get away from the city and explore through the forests, breath in the mountain air and reconnect with nature. Once you do that you will realise that you aren’t alone.
Never stop exploring.
