This year I had the incredible honor of serving as Programming Coordinator, before taking a step up and becoming the Creator’s Conference Producer for the Nashville Film Festival!
I had an incredible team of programmers at my side, and I’m so proud of this year’s selections, as well as the amazing events and panels that we were able to host. I’m so lucky to have a job that allows me to talk to such inspiring people (and allows me to watch movies for a living😉).
Until next year!

What did Little You want to be for Halloween?

My dad and I would play this game all year long on car rides when I was a kid. “You know what I’m gonna be next, next, next, NEXT Halloween?” A vampire! A witch! A mummy! A fairy! The options were, and still are, endless.

This time of year is so special for so many reasons, but my favorite has to be that Little Me gets to be anything and anyone she wants 🖤🎃👻🧛🏼‍♀️🧚🏼

Photo 8 by @sdillonphoto and I wasn’t sure who did the makeup so I tagged all of the MUAS on set 🫶🏼 the rest shot by me ✨ nostalgic pics from Pinterest, sorry!! These portraits will eventually make sense.

I finished my latest short film today. Accumulating the time and energy to make things with zero budget is insanity, but I love it. I literally could not have done it without @_mackenzie_lee_ @serenalaurel @caitlingamble @biletskaofficial @iamkaylanettles @mollymartinsongs @libbbygreeen @youngsummer @andrewlynchvanwert @brysonschmidt – it really does take a village. They’re all talented and kind and I’m thankful to know so many great people here in Nashville.

I’m headed into the meat grinder known as festival submissions, so it’ll be a while before it comes out – but it’s done and that’s the biggest miracle of all.

Another short film in the can. Thank you to this incredible cast and crew for an absurd evening of blood, butterfly wings, and Taco Bell.

Can’t wait to share this one!
