Been more & more into UNPLUGGIN’ lately, y’all. 📵 Took the broken phone along on my weekend adventures 😂 No service = I can actually be fully present, but still snap a few pics of the memories when I want. Honestly… kinda loving this little system! Highlights include roadside flowers, @2ndsundaysaratoga (& running into @just.keep.shooting @amy_z_photography & @shopluiann 🫒) a @saratogarumbleponies WIN, camp with The Fraizer Family in the Adirondacks! Scott tried @bakery__suzanne (the OLIVE BREAD WAS A MADDDD HIT AT THE POOL PARTY WITH CHURCH FAM) ohhhh & pickleball DUH! Summer slow down dude #summer #offline #saratoga

Tuesdays may be our favorite days because we keep them special for family time! We typically try to stay home as much as possible or do something as a family! We don’t do any school but play games, spend time outside, do a house reset, and watch a movie!

Today the kids said this was their favorite part of the day, or playing wiffle ball with us! Although the days can be long they are truly the best.

What do you do on family days??

We had a great softball season. We got to add two teams from our church into the league and my team (Starpoint White) went 7-5 for the season. White barely scratched its way into the Div A playoffs, but we made it. What an improvement from the previous years! Let’s keep getting better. I appreciate all of the men on these teams and the camaraderie shown between each other. Let’s keep being a light to other men in this world for His glory!

This was also a special season because I got to play on a team with both of my brothers. What a rare opportunity. I’ll definitely always remember this season.

Also thank you to @_maddiefrazier_ for allowing me to make this a part of our life for a few months of the year. Love you!

Some people have a gift for making everyone around them feel seen, welcomed, and like they belong.

@ashleysalvadore92 and @kyle.elysse have built something really special with @undrunkclub . It’s more than an event…it’s a space where strangers become friends, conversations come easily, and community feels effortless.

so thankful for the love poured into creating nights like this. 🤍🌼

Doing things that make us uncomfortable…

Motherhood isn’t something that is easy…

It’s something that you need to give of yourself, often.

I am not a fan of painting, my kids beg daily…

I’m not sure what it is, when I would babysit I didn’t care but now it sends my nervous system into overdrive.

But today, we painted…

Today I got over it and let them be kids.

They had the best time, only a little paint got on the wall (thank you washable paint).

Although it stretched me, I’m so glad I did it and I’m teaching myself all over how to work through these daily struggles.

To be a homeschool mom I really need to be okay with stuff like this, so I’m putting in the work now.

I’m being vulnerable in all parts of my life to look back and see where I’ve grown, where needs growth. Give myself grace and move forward!
