Today we celebrate our 10th Bruceaversary, a little word that may sound funny to some, but to us, it represents a moment that changed everything. A moment of pure magic.

Ten years ago, Maddie was just 10 years old when she found herself on stage in Chicago with our idol, Bruce Springsteen, singing alongside him in front of thousands. And then, in true Maddie fashion, she shouted, “Come on, E Street Band!”

Bruce’s response? “Ladies and gentlemen, the future of rock and roll!”

And just like that, our little girl from Toronto became part of a moment we knew we would never forget.

Today, my beautiful daughter is 20. Ten years have passed, yet somehow that night still feels like yesterday. We’ve been incredibly lucky to cross paths with Bruce many times since.

There have been so many chapters since that night, so much life, so many memories, so much love. And through it all, we know Allen has been smiling down, watching his Oobie grow into the remarkable young woman she is today.

Ten years. One unforgettable night. A lifetime of memories.

Some moments happen once.
Some moments stay with you forever. ❤️

Special thanks to Jay Lindhorst for capturing that incredible moment, a piece of our family history we will treasure forever. #sunnyday #woasd #springsteen

✨20 years young! ✨

Happy 20th Birthday to my beautiful Maddie. 🎉🍓 You light up every room with your kindness, grace, and gorgeous smile. 😊 From the moment you were born, it was no secret you completely stole Daddy’s heart often leaving him speechless because you truly captured it all. 😘

Maddie, your grit, determination, and dedication in everything you do speak volumes. You have such an exciting future ahead of you, and I feel so lucky to have a front row seat watching you grow into the incredible young woman you are becoming. 🌏✨

I love you endlessly and could not be more proud of you, Miggie. 😍 We are the lucky ones.

Love Mom ❤️

First surprise party of my life — and it couldn’t have been more special. My mom’s side of the family threw me a Shabbat going-away dinner before I head to Israel for six months.
So much love, so much amazing food (shoutout to my bubby), incredible aunts, uncles, cousins — and the best conversations around the table.
I’m so thankful. I love you all more than I can put into words. ❤️

This moment is really about my daughter, Maddie, shining on stage with Bruce Springsteen at the United Center (08/28/2016). This is the pride I felt in that moment as I was living it. What started with a sign that read ‘Waitin’ on a Sunny Day’ became truly magical, hope you enjoy. #BruceSpringsteen #TheBoss #EStreetBand #SpringsteenFans #WaitinOnASunnyDay

Mad, here you go! A step by step guide to my chicken soup. I know it’s your favourite thing. Once all the prep is done, removing the fat off the chicken, peeling the vegetables, it’s smooth sailing. Don’t forget the noodles and kneidalach! Love you Miggie.
