A very healing experience!! I swear every time I go to a concert there’s a part of me that lifts like I really had the honor to see one of my childhood crushes growing up, along with one of my teenage crushes growing up as an opener!!! What a true time to be alive all thanks to my gorgeous, beautiful, talented and amazing best friend @najacolon thank you for such an amazing birthday gift🥺❤️❤️❤️

Things that feel like September 🌸🌱🪸
… on the list:

1. Feeling ready to go through my entire closet and chuck out what’s old and new, move some of the heavier winter items out and start making room for flowy spring dresses.

2. Fighting the urge to re-arrange the entire landscape of my inner and outer world … but also want to embrace it and the flux of gentle change I can feel landing on the doorstep of my soul.

3. Fresh new energy means fresh new ideas (or the ones that have always been there re-appearing to me in slightly different ways, but essentially being the same thing - start running your own workshops. Do it now).

4. Return to study. Return to study. Return to study.

5. ‘Let it be unpolished, and messy and true’ .

6. There is SO MUCH LEFT to look forward to in the rest of this year and September almost feels like a new beginning for the rest of 2026 - I’m madly in love with it and the feeling of it already.

7. One month and 29 days until @hilaryduff 🥹🤩. 2 months exactly until @lilyallen 🌟😭 - dreams really do come true. This year is proof of that. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

8. You don’t need to apologise for being exactly who you are - you need to embrace her and set her free. September is a good time to come home to yourself and reset.

9. You heal through movement and you know this. Keep knowing it. 🧚‍♀️
