Thanks to @hernandezstrength and @tarheelstrength staff for providing a great environment for teaching, collaborating and learning this weekend.

The combination of discussion, questions and demonstrations made it a high-density, elevated and free flowing exchange of concepts and ideas.

Also, thanks to @justicejoyner for co-coaching with the group, following our work at Fort Bragg earlier in the week. Always nice to connect with one of the best in basketball - Jonas Sahratian - too!

You’re not ‘just another member’ to us.

We notice when you hit a new PR, when life gets heavy, when you’ve been gone for a few days, and when you’re finally starting to believe in yourself again. The workouts matter, but the people matter more. ❤️

Happy Birthday @_maggiecampbell2 one of the BEST guards I’ve ever coached defensively and offensively. A little throw back photo to remind you of what I call the good ole days. May this birthday be the best like you were on the court. #MaggieSupersonic #HBD #AtlCagersEAST #59-0

December wrapped! TYJ!

We asked our coaches to finish the sentence: “All I want for Christmas is…” 🎄
What we got was a mix of honesty, heart, and a few very practical requests. Consider this a little inspiration—confidence, showing up on time, bringing a friend, or just giving your best effort in class might be the perfect way to check one off the list 😉
Merry Christmas from all of us at D1🎄💪

Drop a 🎄 if you’re checking one off the list this week!

The coaches set the standard… now it’s your turn to try and beat it 👀🎄

Right after class on Tuesday, December 16th, stay for our Gingerbread House Decorating Contest. Expect creativity, questionable architecture, and a little friendly trash talk.

🏆 Winner gets a prize, bragging rights are forever.

👉Tag your teammate to make sure they’re in class Tuesday!

HUGE THANKS to, @_maggiecampbell2 one of the best to ever play basketball for me, for dropping by to visit @taylorclark_5 today. Nothing like someone that knows from their own experience to come share their wisdom.

Middle school is the age where habits are built, confidence grows, and real athletic foundations take shape.

At D1, our DEVO program is designed to turn raw potential into real performance through coached movement, smart training, and intentional development. This is the age where athletes start discovering who they can become—and we’re here to guide every step.
Start early. Train smart. Build for what’s ahead. 🔥

Text DEVO to 706-230-9628 or call 706-690-4162 to get your athlete started.
